Register now and become a member of the crew

The expedition will be a wealth of experiences, emotions and testimonials, and will become a symbol of inclusion and aggregation. There will be many different crew teams that will board the vessel in succession from one stop to the next, to emphasize the universal connotation of this expedition for the overcoming of barriers. Register now and become a member of the crew !

The crew teams represent a travelling nation, multi-ethnic, without limitations as far as sex, religion, culture, origin, ability, disability: a boat that unites and overcomes the sea of diversity, indeed enhancing it.

Each leg will have a really special crew team, consisting of 4 to 6 crew members capable of working together in guiding the vessel or "telling" the story of the expedition, thanks to their personal abilities.

The catamaran "lo Spirito di Stella" will sail from one italian dock to the other, and will allow all candidates to live an authentic sailing experience. The crew will be welcome on board, and every member will be updated about the shipping rules; different roles will be assigned and the sailing basics will be explained to everyone, in order to build a strong and effective team spirit.

The WoW Open Days consist in daily trips off the docking port. The candidates will be introduced on the 7 principles of Universal Design. The crew members will live the unique Wow experience to give voice to the concept of universal accessibility, in different backgrounds and cultures. A united choir, with the aim of spreading the values of equality, knowledge and group identity.
